How to Register

Predator Rep level athletics focus on competition and excellence. The Predators program begins with the recruitment and selection of the best coaches and players.

If you want to be a part of USports football, then Predators is where you’ll be scouted by USports schools. Over the last 7 years, there are currently over 80 Predators playing for university teams.  Find out more about our Alumni Here.

Overview of the Spring Predators' Program:

The Predators Spring Varsity Division is for players aged 9 -19. The mission of rep competition is to enable players to improve their skills and team-member attributes, while advancing through the age and performance levels. Our Predators teams are the best opportunity for elite football players to represent Waterloo Region against top calibre players from other associations across Ontario in the Ontario Football Conference, the largest and most competitive league in Ontario.  Being a Predator means access to first rate equipment, the best local and university facilities, athletic trainers at all practices and games,  and coach buses to all away games.

Try Outs

Predator tryouts will take place starting the first week of April at UW Warrior Field.   Practices through April and into mid May will be on turf at Warrior Field twice a week.  From mid May through the end of the season, practices are scheduled two times per week on field and for Bantam level and up an additional one night a week game film review.

Game Schedule

The Predators OFC season typically starts the weekend after the May long weekend and runs through July, with playoffs to follow and the Championship the first week of August.  We recruit and select the most qualified coaches, many with USports level experience, and players - don’t miss your chance to train and play so you can stand out as an athlete in high school and for USports scouts! All our home games are played at Warrior Field and we have game announcers and music at most home games.

Registration Required Before Try Outs Begin

Before trying out for Predators, players are required to register with the Association and pay the full registration fee or sign up for the split payment option.
